So there i was yesterday at work, unarmed yes with nothing healthy to eat, i prepared nothing, no protein drink and i didn't have a proper lunch before hand.
Honky Dory's you know the ones the SHARING bag!!, i could literally eat the salt and vinegar ones in less than 10 minutes...what did i do i said no i wont.
Then the bakery table which is filled with all fresh baked cup cakes and muffins and scones and all things nice, the smell draws you in like go on i know you want me....... So i had a fruit scone cos you know i'm human😊😊🤦♀️. I did tell myself have a salad now for dinner which i did.

So we have the usual suspects, salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, sweet corn, celery, peppers, and beetroot.
BEETROOT, contains fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. and Yes i did google it because i am not a nutrionist. 😂🙄
Google also told me that beetroot help with blood pressure and blood flow and increases exercise performance, so a natural pre workout snack, did not know that!!!
I've always loved beetroot, my nan always made a pickle out of it using
Beetroot (of course)
shallot onions
malt vinegar
lots of chillies
Jared and left for 2-3 weeks.
Its fantastic as a side with dinner or with a cheese board.
warning not for the faint hearted, this is hot hot hot 😰, you can off course do it with no chillies but where would the fun be in that😂😂,
